Great modern spot amidst the casinos of Reno.

Old building with high ceilings nicely remodeled inside. Window in bedroom faced busy street, which would be o.k. except the window glass (newer) did not seal completely with the overall structure of the window, so there was a noticeable gap where noise and air came through. In late May not a problem with too hot or too cold but in winter or peak summer, this would be very inefficient re: comfort. Street noise was noticeably loud compared to in the hallway which also had a window facing the street but sealed well.

Tons of character at this sweet little hotel.

Check in after hours (after 9 pm) is confusing, not easy. I thought this was a full service hotel. It’s more like a For Rent By Owner but with half dozen or so hotel like rooms.

The room was wonderful. The daytime bar manager was great and gave us super reccomendations. The area was easy walking from amtrack station to city buses, car rental and casinos. The area surrounding did have a lot of homeless people, but we didnt feel threatened or concerned. Would definately stay again if back in Reno.

The Jesse is a special place and the room was wonderful. If the need to stay in Reno were to come up again, it would be at the top of our list.

The hotel is in a fun area , has great style, and large rooms.

It was rather noisy, but that comes with older buildings in downtown locations. We did appreciate that there was a white noise machine and ear plugs.

Great hotel, super cute, room was clean and just as it looked in the photos. Bar downstairs was really fun and made great cocktails.
