GBThe villa was very comfortable and bigger inside than we had expected. The outside space and small pool were also significant plus points.
The villa is in a small urbanization on the edge of Playa Blanca and a lot of the neighbouring land has yet to be developed. It is quite a long walk to the Rubicon Marina which is where we usually went for our evening meals. We would definitely recommend use of a hire car both to get around Playa Blanca and the rest of Lanzarote.
GBLoved that previous guests had left items that would be useful for future guests as we did , the outside area is lovely and gets sun most of the day , the pool although quite small was a toasty 28 so was perfect for the two of us

A little isolated. Kitchen needs more crockery and cutlery so that dishwasher can be used.
IEAmazing privacy, no visitors, no interrupting, peace and quiet. A kind Whatsapp message with all instructions, keys, codes , clean villa - just enter and enjoy ☀️ All you need is waiting, bread, water, wine 🍷, fully equipped kitchen, sugar, tea, coffee, spices, oil etc. You just bring your own food and you can start cooking 🥰 All the pots, tools, utensils. Drink and wine 🍷 glasses. Separate towels for the pool and bathroom. Three full sets of garden furniture plus sun beds. Even a floating thermometer in the pool 🥰

GBThe property was clean, and had everything in the Villa that you need, modern and everything to hand, the Villa is about 10 minute walk to nearest super market, also 15 mins in taxi to the main town which is 5 euro in taxi

If I had to be picky pool was a lot smaller than it looks on the pictures, but that’s being very picky!
IEThe hosts were very attentive and responded very quickly to any queries we had which we very much appreciated. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Very quiet area and the Villa had air conditioning which was much needed. I would highly recommend this spotlessly clean Villa.
The pool was quite small so we felt the pictures advertising the Villa were maybe not correct in terms of scale including the size of the outside area of the Villa which was quite small. The Villa was in a gated area and we had to park our Car outside the gates which was fine, as we only had a very small amount of luggage, but there were nights when we came back from Playa Blanca and there were no parking spots left.
