The staff are very nice.

First, I went down to the sea from the villa to do snorkeling. I found a ladder under the sea, tiles and all kinds of waste. You feel like you are in a construction site, not the sea. This upset me, given the price. I expected that these primitive things would not be. Second, the wooden building is dilapidated and melts in your hand. Third, at night, with a slight wind, you hear the doors slamming against each other. In other words, they have no maintenance. I must say that the air conditioning is weak. When I asked, they said it was like this. Honestly, I was shocked by the Marriott.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. Our butler Sabha and dive instructor fathi were the best keep up the good work

1) very limited dining and poor dining options 2) couldnt see sunrise nor sunset 3) over water villa had concrete pebbles and wires below, only villas near shore had good views and good water underneath 4) villa tub was leaking, upstairs handheld shower didnt work 5) kids only ate free inside the restaurants not with room service, their menus are poor and limited 6) everything from food to activities was over priced, allow 30-40% extra above price of stay for food and activities (this is without considering alcohol as we dont drink) 7) found a few dead cockroaches in the villa 8) seaplane transfer was mismanaged and needed to wait 3 hours 9) overall not worth it and disappointing and felt like we were being taken advantage of 10) construction works were being carried out in the villa next door with drilling and banging at prime swimming time (late afternoon, sunset time) 11) mandatory Christmas dinner (500 usd per person) did not include beverages and was a buffet

Everything was absolutely perfect — from the breathtaking villa and stunning views to the delicious dining options and world-class facilities. But what truly made our stay extraordinary was the hospitality. Every single staff member was so warm, kind, and professional, always going above and beyond with a genuine smile. Special thanks to Janice, who made our experience unforgettable and my birthday so magical. It truly felt like the best hospitality experience we’ve ever had.
