however one nignt when ac was down, there was no one to assist and solve the problem. This is definitely not 4 star, and I had to come out of the room at 3 am in the morning, bumped into a man working there he said he can not do anything, then we called again to reach to someone, same gentleman came to the room and could not do anything and then told us to leave the windows open! Next thing I woke up to an animal noise and opened up my eyes to see a cat staring into the room, had to close windows again! For breakfast you have to ask for cheese and salami, you have to ask for everything, otherwise you won’t get it and the way it is set up is unseen. In a land of amazing cheese, tomatoes, vegetables, charcuterie you get nothing special! Only their produce which is limited and only If you ask! No one comes and assists luggages…
