Excellent hotel.

Great position, lovely comfortable room and bed. Always enjoy our stays there.

The space is clean, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

It would be great if there was a discount program for regular returning customers. And slightly warmer pool water would be better for children.

Like the room and location.

Hated being charged for delivery of room service. You pay no VATon this yet you charge £6? Not good. Had to ask three times to have a dental kit delivered and it still did not come. I also asked to have my stay logged on Advantage and this was refused.

Lovely room with everything you needed and more, we had a seaside view which was beautiful. Breakfast choice was very good, the one downside is they tend to shut everything off before 11:00 window. Staff are really helpful. Location is ideal, everything is close by, its bonus having a back entrance as well as a front.

The hotel is one of the largest hotels in Brighton and it wasn’t cheap and would expect good facilities the lift to the car park was out of action all the time I was there. I also lost my key card for the door in gaining a new one there was no security at all quite appalling and frightening.
