Da falta de comunicação do booking com o hotel.. ou a funcionária me passou migué... Pq nós colocou em um quarto que parecia um sótão.... E a mesma me confirmou que não tem acesso a qual quarto escolhemos pelo site.... E preciso do meu reembolso.. pois já paguei. Obrigado
