It was close to the airport and clean

I paid extra for a room with 2 double beds but the lift was out of order and there were no suitable rooms available under the 3rd floor and I have limited mobility, so was given a room with one double and one single but not offered any remuneration for the downgrade

Hotel is in a great location for the airport, the price was great, the rooms were immaculate.

The staff are miserable, no information given on check in, asking for more tea and coffee seemed to be a problem.

The room was clean upon first entry to the room

Sharing a bed with my sister when my booking states single and double beds and only a double bed in the room. A long Dark hair on one of the pillows and we are both blond, and a dead fairy spider, as I call them, down the corner of the bed wall right side
