Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham

Good location for my journey. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast too!

Rooms need aircon. Don’t see why I should need to pay £7 to park my car!

Overall everything Used the pool for the first time. Don’t like the communal changing room.

Inconsiderate parking in disabled parking bays non blue badge holders. Plus one vehicle parking on access path for visitors. Had to lift our suitcases over the kerbs. Not easy when you have a visible impairment.

Good value. Has a pool.

Everything’s a bit tired and kitschy

Old, fairly basic business hotel but worked for us because we were out all day and just needed a place to sleep. Had all the basic amenities like toiletries, kettle, tea coffee etc. and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. Close to the highway so was convenient to get in and out. Good enough breakfast.

I liked the friendly staff upon arrival, very welcoming and had a great little tuck shop

The fact check out is at 11 but we had the cleaners wake us up twice knocking on the door at 10 and 10:15. We then proceeded to leave and was not made aware there was a convention on at the hotel so the lobby was full of people and had a massive queue out the door making it uncomfortable and difficult to leave. If we was made aware when we arrived we would have known what to expect.
