Cleanness. Lots of roaches in the room . Trash on the hallway and near elevator, and the smell was very bad.

It's conveniently located, only 15 minutes from Disneyland and/or Knott's.

Cockroaches in the room, run down property, TV remote had no batteries, room keys stopped working immediately after I got into room and front desk could not fix the issue, non working outlets, dirty exterior (trash overflowing, poop in the hall near the pool), staff didn't seem to care. It's cheap, you get what you pay for.

Location was good felt safe driving there from Disney. Beds were made sheets were clean.

The secondary lock in our room was ripped off the door you could see holes in the wall where it previously had been. Sign on door says for your safety to use the secondary lock. The mini refrigerator was leaking water into a huge puddle in center of the room. Even after using a towel it was back by morning. Staff did not offer a different room it was 11pm we had no other option but to stay. There were also bugs in the bath tub. Location was loud people talking just outside the door almost all night with doors opening and closing all night. They did offer us 50% refund. I’ve included an invoice honestly it should be a full refund. Please let me know what I need to do to get this refunded to my card.
