Where do I begin … I don’t believe that this property has real reviews. We arrived with our family of 4 adults and a 1 year old baby from a transatlantic flight to a property that was over sold . It clearly needs refurbishment., and was unclean . The smell of the sofa hit us as we opened the front door (Urine)The apartment wasn’t cleaned to a satisfactory standard. We found small hairs in the sheets . The coffee machine was disgustingly dirty and it’s unlikely to have been used recently We requested an adequate sleeping cot for the baby only to find an old pack and play without a safe mattress and there was no bedding for it !when I asked where the cot was he said its only a request and not a requirement to provide a bed for the baby …. The description of the property says otherwise !! He said he would bring one the following day but after 1 night we couldn’t tolerate it anymore. It was a horrendous night with the icing on the cake being an a drip of water in the wall behind the bed . It happened for at least 2 hours after the shower was used . I drew this to his attention and he messaged via the app that there was no drip .It was inside the adjoining wall from the bedroom to the bathroom so unless he ran the shower as I told him he would not hear it . It was torture and we couldn’t tolerate it and had no sleep that night. The general condition of the apartment is not reflected in their photos .Ive uploaded a few to show have shoddy and dirty it was . The door handle in main bedroom was broken which could be lethal in a fire Don’t be mislead by the photos of this property .There are various condos in this block and I’m certain they are all in the same condition. This property was NOT cheap …over $700 FOR 2 NIGHTS an absolute waste of money !! The feedback from ALEX SAYS IT ALL! NO acceptance of the points raised …. Total lie re the pack and play damage and blood on the sheets . Deflecting blame and not taking responsibility for false advertising !

Very clean accommodation. Well stocked with utensils etc in kitchen. Exceptionally clean. Washer & dryer in unit. Convenient one level entry. No dragging luggage up steps. Neighbor is quaint & quiet. Great location to downtown & Beach. Appreciated quick responses from management when contacted. Alex even sent list of great local places to eat. Would stay here sgain.

We had a great stay as a family at this property. It was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated the parking and the laundry facilities as well.

The place was cozy, and in a perfect location. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. On site parking is easy. Highly recommend!

Very clean and is in a nice quiet area

It was located in a quiet suburb, just a stroll to food shops and restaurants. Beautifully presented, it had all the amenities for a long or short stay, including a washing machine and dryer. The home was spotlessly clean and the owner forever helpful. An excellent stay in lovely Fort Lauderdale.

Absolutely nothing

The condo was clean and very comfortable I would recommend to friends traveling to Floral da Lauderdale area.
