Ruby Luxury Hotel

The property was near the beach, which was very convenient. It was within walking distance — about 3 to 5 minutes. There were also coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. Nothing much to say about it, except for the noise from the upper floor late at night. This should be better managed, especially around 11 p.m. or midnight. The noise from other guests was too loud.

The staff looked friendly at first at the moment of check in, but after 1 hour I had to ask them three times to bring us toilet paper and to change the TV remote control battery. I told one of the front desk staff, and they said yes, but never brought it until I insisted over the phone and again in person. (This could have been a language barrier; however, I used simple English and spoke very slowly, as I know English isn’t their first language.) In addition, the free breakfast was not a good deal. I’m not a picky person, but I didn’t want to eat the free breakfast there again. The food quality was poor, though I understand the room price was not very expensive. Breakfast was served from 6 or 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., but by 8 a.m., they had already run out of milk. Lastly, we had a lot of luggage, but no one helped us — so we saved our tips. P.S. The internet connection should be improved. It was very slow, and we could hardly watch videos from our room.

Dirty. Small bedroom. Pool upstairs was so dirty and some was sleeping in there's with a messy tables beside the pool. 👎 very bad. Would never come back.

The facility is clean and has comfortable rooms with a great beach view. Delicious breakfast included. we spent two days and our interaction with Mr Duc and Ms TRI was cool. they're super nice to customers. Mr Duc helped us to book a bus to Ho chi Minh city on the final day,
