No table in our room. Not functioning tv. Small space

At the center of Bacolod city, restaurant and malls are very accessible

Cleanliness is far from acceptable, when we came in there was a full bag of rubbish, probably from previous occupants. Towels that were provided stinks the same with the bed sheet and pillows. Although the payment was very cheap, they couldve done better with making sure that the place is hygienic for the visitors

I was charged during my online booking and they also asked me to pay the same amount at the hotel. I thought that there would be a reversal in my account but sad to say that No Refund has been made.. Please give my money back!!

Rooms are very dirty. Aircons are not functioning well. Too hot

It’s near the high way so it’s easy to find.

Its not well maintained, no proper facilities, no amenities included, we need to request the towers from the receptionist because there’s none in the room. No cabinets for the stuff to put into. The bathroom is leaking, so on and so forth.

Last April 16- 20,2024 we stay at OYO bacolod we pay before we check in, it was April 16, 2024 dahil sabi ng front desk ninyo eh hindi pa pumasok ang payment namin form online booking, but last May 1 we check our bank account at napansin namin na nabawasan ito ng 2,913.03 holiday that time so hindi kami naaccommudate agad ng bank then nag email kami sa bank at tinawagan kami ng bank lang May 7 then we found out na nagkaltas parin sa bank namin si OYO last April 19, 2024 even nagbayad na kami ng cash last April 16, 2024. Please make a respond for this and please make a refund for this. Thank you.
