Room was sea front absolutely spotless there was 2 flights of stairs but the exercise was needed 😊 free parking onsite

Sadly no breakfast but we walked into town and the pier also offered snacks, we also had events so didn’t try the restaurant but will definitely be back again soon. Room service was excellent clean bedding and hoovered and lovely smell to come into. Tea and coffee trolley offered with biscuits a really nice treat.

The location looked over the pier to the sea. The room was modern/bed was comfy & bathroom was modern & clean.

The rooms had been recently renovated, and smelt very strongly of gloss paint. I opened a window, but as this was a Victorian building the windows were very big & there was a storm the night I stayed, so had to close it. If the room had been left for a week or so to air out before guests used it, it would have been fine! There is no breakfast offered here when I asked at reception (only a restaurant in the evening) The breakfast offer wasn’t clear from booking.com & the hotel - mixed messages.
