Nice position overlooking the bay and pier The staff (of one) was very accommodating and keen to help.

The facilities were ok but not special, the overall feel is one of cheapness, our meal in the restaurant in the evening was extremely poor, worst indian i have ever had.

Big, spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing views of the pier. Very nice staff. Location is ok if you're going by car, but quite a way away from the train station, if not (bus station is closer)

Quite noisy, we could hear everything the upstairs neighbours were doing, so better insulation is needed. The rest were small bits that could be improved: better blackout curtains, as room got very light very early, a phone in the room to call reception (there's very little mobile signal), some place to hang wet towels.

Extremely clean & tastefully decorated with wonderful sea view. Food was great & more specialised than the usual Indian restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was difficult as all the spaces for hotel guests were full. Mattress was a bit too soft for me as I have a bad back but my husband found it very comfortable.

I loved the sea view, the room was very well styled and cozy. The place was very clean, with tea and coffee making facilities. I didn't struggle for parking, and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The kettle appeared to have suffered some previous burn damage but I enquired with reception and they were able to provide me with a replacement, so I was very happy with the response. Got a lovely cup of tea after all!
