Overall, excellent property. Good linens and nice and bright. Only item of concern is common area cleanliness. Elevators had dirty floors with trash on the floor and greasy handprints all over walls. Hallways on the 5th floor where my room was needed a good vacuum. Front desk service was amazing. Super friendly and organized staff.

Have stayed here multiple times this year. Recently, I have booked blocks of rooms for business. Staff is always helpful, professional and attentive. Zero complaints and a special thank you to Sierra in sales for putting up with me for the last 3 weeks or so.

Closeness to where I need to be.

Pool is not heated. Price of the hotel is alot when there is no servicing of the room daily. Servicing is every other day. So beds don’t get made up and towels don’t get serviced.

Modern. Looked brand new.

I booked a room with two beds, was given a one bed hotel room. I was told that the app oversold and it was not their problem. No further steps were made - no comping breakfast, drinks, items from the market. The check in process was very underwhelming considering I was not given the room that I booked. Staff member was not empathetic or willing to help. Went back later that night to ask about something being comped - was given $20 breakfast vouchers, to the complimentary breakfast… The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled like urine upon entering.
