The facility operates 24/7, is conveniently located next to the main highway, and the parking area is monitored by on-site security.

Parking may be limited during high occupancy periods. We also noted that the bathroom in our room did not have a functioning hot water option for the shower.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and they provided a duvet along with soft, down-like pillows—though I’m not sure if they were real down.

1. Noise from the outside the room can be heard. The staff cleaning the other rooms can be heard talking loud. 2. The room they assigned to me doesn’t automatically restore power after interruptions. I had to call the front desk at 3 AM to ask them to send an engineer to fix it—because even the phone wasn’t working, as it’s connected to the power. It was such a hassle. 3 breakfast was so so.. unlike the other hotels that offer buffet breakfast

Location in downtown Legazpi was convenient. Food for breakfast was ok. The staff was generally helpful and friendly.

1. First impressions are important and the first person that the hotel has being in contact with customers was the front door attendant who was completely uncaring and unfriendly. He didn't help open the door or even say Good morning or Hello. He was always on his smart phone texting or being online. This was a very poor image on the hotel. 2. The shower in the bathroom wasn't fully enclosed... The hotel needs to spend some money to enclose the shower. With no enclosure, the water leaks out of the shower onto the sink and toilet area,causing a big mess. 3. They have beef tapa advertised daily on their breakfast menu but never had it available 4. Their lobby, the first place a customer sees, was dark, and poorly decorated. Again, first impressions matter and this is another poor reflection on the hotel
