My wonderful experience started with the fantastic customer service, Han, even before I arrived. His communication was something unexpected and very much appreciated. Upon arrival the hotel was easy to access, super clean lobby & the check-in process was quick. Our room was very clean. The next day I received a call from Han because I accidentally left me jacket in the closet & he made a plan for me to come pick it up at my convivence. I knew my items were safe in his hands. It truly felt like we were being taken care of by friends. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, and we will be booking here again any time we come to the area!

Great location, clean and quiet. The decor is attractive, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Many shops and markets are just a short distance away.
