"A lot of improvement is required"

Location and breakfast.

Staff, cleanliness, worn out towels. Very poor hospitality traits. Within 15 mins of check in, the front office wants to know what time will I check out.

Didnt have breakfast over there. Location is very good. Near to Railway station and Airport

Not value for money. We have stayed at hotels in Dubai which offer a lot more in the same price. Wifi was not usable at all.

Good location

Dirty linen on beds. Got only one towel. Requested for additional towel and some tea bags. Nothing was delivered. Requested packed breakfast which was an apology!
