Spacious Swansea Home with Private Deck

The house was clean everything was just great!

Really nice 4 bedroom family home in Swansea, the views were amazing from up high. the agency was really helpful and always assisted when need be via WhatsApp and phone call. The house was nice and suitable for a family of 8. Enjoyed our 10 day holiday here.

It was quite tricky to get to and from as it was up a steep hill. Not recommended for people with prams or the elderly.

The house was so stinky when we entered it and so cold , we used our own perfumes . We had to reset the boiler each time we have to use the toilet and it was leaking a lot and we had to use the pots and pans to hold the water from the leaking boiler . Only 2 toilet rolls were provided for our family of seven . The fridge had a very dirty odour and the jars and everything were so dirty we had to wash it several times . There weren’t any vacuum or brooms to use we had to get a broom from the dump in the backyard and clean it and use. The bin and the utensils were all filthy we had to clean twice or thrice to even use it . There weren’t any carpets in the toilet and the bathtub wasn’t sturdy enough for it to be used . The toilet splashed water everywhere when we flushed it . The sofa was a two seater but we booked it for the whole family !! And it had weird patches on it !! We booked it from booking.com by looking at the pictures, we trusted the web but the house wasn’t what it was like in the picture we had to recheck it twice !! There was mould everywhere!!! We usually use booking.com but now we don’t think we’re gonna use it again because of this dirty house ! There weren’t any instructions on how to use the boiler and it wasn’t switched on when we entered , luckily my husband is a builder so he showed me how to !! We booked it from the 4th of May to the 6th of May but we checked out on the 5th of May because we couldn’t bear staying in the house for another day as it was so uninhabitable and ghastly!!!
