"A lovely little chalet within reach of amenities."

A lovely little chalet; clean, comfortable and just a short drive from the seaside and Penzance. The host, Champa, was friendly and welcoming, and had provided some unexpected treats for us on arrival.

Liked that it was close to Praa sands, Helston, Marazion and Porthleven. Partial sea view from lounge and kitchen, also loved the garden with the palms.

"Good location for Praa Sands, but property in need of a refresh"

Felt tired and dated- white cream leather sofa and red carpet. Wardrobe nearly fell over when we opened it. Very small hand towel, could not use it to dry hair. Property smelled musty. Very overpriced.

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the host left some tea and cakes for our arrival. The property easily accommodated 4 adults with comfy beds and a large living space.
