Room was generally clean and well lit. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Small, baby roach in bathroom, but we have them from time to time in our bathroom at home in Florida. No nearby restaurants, a problem if you don't have a car. But it is a good hotel to stay in for an overnight for a flight or cruise.
Had to come here for work and be near where I was working at. The location was particularly great for that reason. The outside was very neat and clean. Inside hallways could use vacuuming more but it was satisfactory. This is a good place for a one night stay.
Staff was very helpful, especially the manager Jo Jean and Natalie in housekeeping. We were initially left without a reservation via Marriott Townplace Suites early in the morning after getting into Fort Lauderdale. Management allowed us to check-in at 10AM, really helped us out. Good breakfast options, fitness center. I'd stay here again.

Very nice Holiday Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would return on another trip to the area. Long term parking while on our cruise was convenient and the price was reasonable.

I did not like the fact that there were no restaurants close by.
Visited on a solo weekend vacay & my overall stay was nice! Every staff member that I encountered was pleasant - even the ones during breakfast. There was a little gunk on the bottom of the outer shower door. The location was also at least 15 mins from anything that I wanted to do & only had a few walkable restaurants/stores.
The staff was very accommodating in helping me with phone calls and allowing me a late checkout as I only arrived at 6 am due to a flight delay. Cheerful and helpful staff
