Travellers Rest Motel

Loved the location and close to town. Great layout of the unit with balcony view of trees. Has everything you could possibly need except Wi-Fi. Frequent visit from singing and hungry Magpies. Plenty of blankets. Washing machine and decent size clothes hanger (pegs included). Plenty of parking space. No disturbance from neighbours or staff. House keeping was great. Easy check in and check out.

Sleepless stay - Bedding and everything covered in dust which lead to sore eyes, sneezes, sore throat and up all night coughing (Disturbance to family & neighbours). - Noise from passing trucks (inevitable; next to a busy highway) traffic eventually died down after 9pm. - Poor cleanliness and dirty floor (Take slippers). - Poor lighting outside (Hard to navigate the place in the dark) and needs better signage. - If you order a taxi/ubereats; Meet them at the office or driveway entry with your torch on for them to see you. Overall, Will stay again.

The property is very tired. They could upgrade the beds and bedding. I could roll up the pillows they were that thin.
