Lighting was too yellow and dim. Ceiling was dirty from AC unit. Stains on some curtains.

Room was clean and comfortable

The pool was decent, the breakfast was decent, the hallways were clean, the location was good and staff were friendly. check in was quick and easy and parking was free, along with wifi

When I booked the room, the pictures showed a small sitting area ( table and 2 chairs). So I decided to book this room, instead of the regular room ( which showed a couch). When we arrived, we were in the basement, there was very little lighting ( very dark) in the room and one of the lamps did not work, the USB plug did not work, the room did not have a seating area as shown in the picture. Instead it had a 1 person couch that appeared to be the middle section of a sectional, as it had no arms and this was shoved in between the desk and wall, right under the AC. Speaking of AC, that thing made so much noise! Every time it started up, it sounded like a car backfiring and woke me up 3x in the middle of the night. We also had staff knock on our door at 1am with a complaint of the volume on our TV. The TV was set at a level we could hear it over the extremely loud AC. So we had to turn the AC off, in order to watch the TV. I also recommend that staff not come to the doors at 1am but instead call. Anyone could show up to the door pretending to be staff with a noise complaint - I had my husband with me, but this is a safety concern and could be dangerous for women traveling alone. I would recommend calling the rooms next time. ALSO there are no ramps to enter the front of the building, so it is not handicap accessible.

The property was adequate, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was nice, clean and had a variety of breakfast items. We stayed here 2 years ago and everything is the same. The only negative this year is the hot breakfast items that were sometimes cold and not very appealing.
