Good location.

Guests were smoking in the room nearby so much that my room was full of smoke. Despite the hotel is considered as non-smoking the personnel did not do anything about it. I asked kindly to do something with it or change my room but it was unfortunately ignored.

Staff was very helpful and helped me get a refund for a night I had to cancel after the booking cancellation period! I had charged my card and they refunded me in cash. I really appreciate their assistance!
