"I'LL NEVER CHOOSE AGAIN THIS PLACE"

BASICALLY NOTHING

NO CONTROL ON THE GUESTS WITH PEOPLE SCREAMING DURING THE NIGHT. SHAMEFUL BREAKFAST, AND NO SERVICE. POOR QUALITY OF THE BED AND OF THE BATHROOM

Our stay was good for the value, the continental breakfast was amazing both mornings we stayed. Only down side is the space for breakfast is small and crowded.

Phoning the front desk took a few tries before they even picked up. When we tried to ask for late checkout from the front staff they would send us in circles telling us to come back to see someone else about two different times, only for us to find out on the third try that we can only arrange that with the morning staff.

"Disappointing for a Best Western Standard that I have come to expect over the years"

bathroom light did not work and was not repaired while we were there. bed had stains on top blanket and the floor was not vacuumed well.
