It is a nice hotel nice clean rooms heated pool work out room

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The kitchenette was clean, the bed was super comfy, and the room itself felt huge. The pool was a nice warm temp. Breakfast options were good & really helped start off my days good before going to work a long shift. Staff were friendly, the area felt safe. Great experience overall & would definitely stay again.

Great location. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Easy access on and off the interstate with plenty of places to choose from while in town.

I was woke up at 5 in the morning by two dogs barking. The room had what appeared to be fecal stain on the arm of the couch. The linen on the bed was not fresh and had a suspiciously pet smell to it. The next morning I had a rash on my shoulder. The breakfast was scant with limited selection. The elevator had a dog urine smell in it. At check out I explained to the lady about the dogs and pet odors. All she could come up with was to tell me the hotel was PET FRIENDLY! Hilton needs to decide whether they are in the kennel business or the hotel business. Worst hotel hands down of any during my 10 day trip.

Staff was excellent! Room and Hotel was very clean. Had a problem with being locked out of the bathroom at five a.m., called front desk she brought a screwdriver and opened the door. The sliding door would shut itself, so we put a case to keep it opened after that. Breakfast could be better.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and amenities in room great. Liked that the shower head could be changed to different options. Breakfast was was good. Stayed with my son, he did not want to leave.

Ideal location and place to stay while in Joplin or passing through. Very nice, clean, and up to date throughout. Breakfast was on point with options.

Clean property and a great location along a main street. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping and near the interstate. Easy access to the university. The property was very family friendly and supplied board games for our entertainment. Nice indoor pool, too

I loved the spacious room and the modernness of the hotel. There was a lot of noise coming from the floor above us into the early morning hours
