It was very clean and the staff was very friendly- gave the place a small town feeling

The room I was in had a hockey team on the floor and we were harassed/attacked by a drunk woman. Police were called and the woman had left the premises. The staff moved us to another room for our safety. All this occurred late at night and after being settled it was the middle of the night. We lost a night’s sleep. We all had the inconvenience of not having our belongings handy.

Breakfast was OK. Some more fruits would have been nice. There was a bowl of oranges that have seen better days…

The hotel pictures said there was a pool, there wasn’t. The staff said that guests have been upset about that consistently and Comfort Inn won’t change their pictures online because it brings guests in. We were really disappointed about that. That’s false advertising and we won’t be booking a Comfort Inn again.

Through this letter, I am filing a complaint because the amount due when I made the reservation through Booking.com was CAD 178.37, but the hotel charged me CAD 183.73. I expect Booking.com to refund the difference. Additionally, the person assisting me at the front desk was rather rude when explaining the hotel's costs and, moreover, ignored me, starting to attend to other customers without fully answering my questions. I believe Booking.com should address this behavior with the hotel.
