The food and staff were great. General areas were clean and tidy

Wouldn’t say our room was a ‘luxury’ room as all general rooms are called. For £315 for one night I would not expect discoloured grouting in bathroom and no coffee machine. Our room description said it had a walk in shower which was why I booked it as I have a knee injury so can’t climb over bath side. But shower was in bath and wouldn’t say it fitted with the luxury cost. Quite disappointing for what we paid, have stayed in better and won’t be going back.

We enjoyed our server at Wilfreds- Amazing steak and cocktails.

The Woodland Spa is NOT included with the hotel booking-poor communication about inclusivity- book ahead WITH your room if you want a discount. Crow Wood did not inform us of any of this until we arrived at the spa. The only thing that was included was a lap pool and ok hot tub.

Everything was fabulous

Drinks too expensive. Need better lunch. Eg salad bar or sandwiches. Don’t want heavy pizzas for lunch Also should be allowed back in spa in the morning as only had few hours day before. Very overpriced
