Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort

Ho subito un tentativo di truffa via mail che mi chiedeva di confermare alcuni dati della carta di credito, ho chiamato l'hotel lo staff ma non mi hanno dato giustificazioni di come mai avevano il mio nome data di nascita numero di prenotazione carta di credito (tutti giusti) mi chiedevano il CVV che per fortuna non ho fornito. Repito questa fuga di dati molto grave.

The hotel within its self is absolutely stunning.

Absolutely spotless, wasn’t even any dust behind the TV, staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you, always happy to help, was here for a wedding and that was handled brilliantly, you can order breakfast to your room, breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from - best continental options I’ve seen in a hotel that also has hot breakfast, service is amazing at the bars and reception, and throughout, a staff member actually watched my bags in the lobby so I could nip to the toilet while waiting for my uber home, grounds and the hotel itself are also beautiful and I felt incredibly safe there

I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and I will be the first to admit I can be incredibly picky and have very high standards

We have stayed before and everything was as expected. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Assisted room provided with all the facilities one would expect.

Shame that one of the lifts broke down which meant long waits to go from floor to floor. Assisted toilet door light switch on the wrong side of the door or the door was fitted the wrong way round (former designer of such things). The light on the mirror was not switched independently so both the light and fan had to be on all night for the disabled person to be able to see to access the toilet facilities.

Breakfast plenty of choice.

Spa cannot be used has to be booked separately.

Excellent food and well presented. Attentive staff. Well made bedrooms.

We missed drawers in the bedrooms for smaller clothes. The only niggle we would say is that we found the air conditioning in the bedroom to be quite noisy, such that we needed to remove the key card in the room at night to disable it and be able to sleep. Used phone light to find the bathroom if needed lol…

Location,

The staff didn’t know the information and give us wrong times for the swimming for the Children and they missed it due to wrong information given , twice. There was no bed for the child.
