The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring that all essentials were consistently replenished. We loved that pets are also welcome which made my daughter enjoyed her stay as we got the chance to bring our fur baby too. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.

That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The pool tiles were quite slippery, which could pose a safety risk. The pool staircase was also difficult to see, as it lacked clear markings or identifiers. Additionally, there were no visible lifeguards on standby—only a pool attendant stationed at the entrance to manage towel sign-ins and sign-outs. Enhancing these aspects would significantly improve safety and the overall guest experience.
