Hotel muy bonito. Personal muy amable. Cena y desayuno súper ricos. Estuvimos muy a gusto!!

Ein nettes, kleines Hotel am Rande von Arusha mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Ideal für Reisende, die vor oder nach einer Safari etwas Ruhe benötigen. Sehr nettes Personal, das sich um alles kümmert. Wir kamen erst spät an (nach 20 Uhr), wurden von einem Fahrer der Lodge am Kilimanjaro Flughafen abgeholt und konnten danach noch im Restaurant essen. Auch die Kommunikation vorab war super!

We had a fantastic stay at Kutoka Lodge for 2 nights before starting our safari. They are just outside of Arusha, the same direction as safaris making it an ideal start location. We arrived at 4am after a long flight and the staff kindly greeted us even at such a late hour. The stay itself was one of the most comfortable of our trip. The garden is stunning and well kept. Lodges are private and spacious with a comfortable bed, cool inside and with hot water and wifi. You can hear birds outside. Unfortunately you can hear the road in the distance but this seems to be the case everywhere in Arusha. The staff are so kind and work so hard to add thoughtful touches. They light chimney fires to keep you warm if you have an early breakfast or later dinner, always set the nicest table available for you, offer multiple food options for every meal, wave goodbye etc. The food was also fresh, healthy and good. We chose this lodge because they also have a restaurant and after our long flight we wanted a full rest day and to eat all our meals there before our safari. We're vegetarian and they happily catered for us. Our favourite dish was the mango salad. Many thanks to the whole team for a great stay.

Everything was great

Very nice lodge to stay and unwind. Beautifully equipped, beautiful garden and delicious food! Anthony in particular was a fantastic host!

The centre of Arusha is located at 22km. There's not much to do nearby. Perfect to unwind and relax, but best to consider this when booking.

Hospitality, Accommodation and Food

Price point is quite steep.

Resort type set up, very relaxing ambience. Well maintained property. Taste and quality of food + presentation is great!

Property is 22 kms outside town. It will cost 50 USD for a to and fro taxi which is added cost + almost an hour commute time. They should gave some kind of complimentary car pool arrangement to town so we can visit Arusha instead of being stuck in the property all day long.
