Super 8 by Wyndham Norman West

It was dirty, nasty. There were holes drilled in the door to the room, everything was broken including the shower and phone. It was FILTHY! Extremely filthy! The "food" they served was dirty with bugs in it and the vending machine for the drinks was covered in mold. It has never been cleaned.

They need to do some work on our room. The lock on the door was broken and needed repair. There were two hangers and that was it. The front desk did not have any more.

The location was fine.. Everything was fine I have no complaints.

Good location & the staff was nice.

Non smoking room had burn hole in the blanket. Very uncomfortable bed. Other guest smoking on walkway outside room that the AC unit sucked right into the room. Can hear every thing in the next room with connecting door closed. Supper steep stairs that made it extremely difficult to get bags upstairs. Very dangerous staircase

Asked for Non-smoking , got a smelling smoking room. Doors hard to close on Bathroom, Guy using a leaf blower Am in morning, unnecessary in the morning. I guess away to get you up and gone.

The front desk person was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to find a solution to our concerns. That said, this place has seen better days. It sure doesn't look like the photos online and the folks hanging around seemed like they had also seen better days. We are generally not fussy about the motel vibe, but this location was not somewhere we could see ourselves staying for the five nights we booked and we ended up cancelling our stay. Sorry for the bad review, Travelodge Norman, but it's probably time for a little refresh.

Not a thing

The musty smell, lack of paint on repaired sheetrock in bathroom, the messy attempt at using copious amounts of caulking to try and cover the black mold in the bathroom. I made management aware of my severe mold allergies, and he assured me with, no mold, no mold! After 15 minutes my throat was swelling shut as I was taking Benadryl. Made another reservation at NCED, booked through you. I would appreciate a refund.

The $60 deposit was never reimbursed

We had two rooms they both had cleanliness issues. The counters were dirty towels had hair in them. The floor was dirty one of the rooms. The air conditioner did not work.
