"the most important (the mattress) was horrible, therefore, experience was horrible"

-mattress soft and old (even having requested here in booking that I wanted a firm one, the staff told me that booking never communicate those messages ??) -unbearable noise at night because my room was facing the train

Staff and security at check in... excellent customer service

The Room, the TV didnt work in either rooms, no extra towels. Pieces of tile missing from tile in bathroom... even after calling to ensure children's room was next to our at least close, No not at all they were at the end of the other side of the hallway.. For the amount of money we spent they should have had parking across the street just for the hotel instead of having to park 2 long blocks down.
