"Loved Chicago and our stay at the Travel lodge."

Great location for sightseeing and walking to all the sights, the train station and convenient bus stops.

Had trouble with slow draining bathroom sink and would have liked a bathmat in the tub for more secure footing.

"Double charged debit card"

Access to Grant Park, the loop and CTA network.

The staff lying to me about double charging my debit card. I don't have access to cash after $600 was authorized by Travelodge and had I not noticed the pending transaction money would have transferred out of my account and into Travelodge's account. I am still unable to make purchases with the pending transaction locking up my cash.

"Huge rooms lovely stay"

There was a huge lobby, the room was also huge. Staff was nice. All the necessary amenities were there. All in all, a nice experience.

The curtains and some of the towels were stained. I would like to have slippers in the hotel.
