Great service, very quiet, comfortable room, good location

There were cigarette burn wholes in the comforter.

Liked the idea of grab a bag with breakfast. Great, since we had to go to the hospital quite early.

The bed should have a real blanket. The bed cover is very slippery, and not warm.

No time for my breakfast. Small display at entrance (Lobby). Had couple of bananas on my way out. Did not try the coffee. On a positive note the bathroom was acceptable, the hot water functioned, the tub was fine and the sink and drain drained properly and the toilette was clean and flushed well.

The hotel is severely dated and shows significant wear and tear. Room felt incredibly old with furniture in very poor condition. AC did function but loud. Carpet and room smell was unpleasant.

I booked this place for 2 nights. I checked in and not even within 30mins checked out. The property was not as advertised in the photos. The carpets and walls were stained, and the washroom was not clean at all. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I did not feel comfortable staying there. I contacted Booking.com to request a refund because I decided not to stay for the 2 nights. Unfortunately, the support process was not helpful, as I was directed back to the motel despite booking through Booking.com. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the property and the experience.

Friendly staff especially housekeeping. Rooms and hallways are clean. Lobby coffee is good.

The bed was terrible. The headrest looked like it had damage from bugs. It was very scary to stay in - I checked out early and got a better hotel.

The bed, the smell, the weird stains on towels. The place smelled damp the whole time. The wooden bed looked like it had been eaten through by some bugs. The springs in the bed hurt. I left early.
