"Lovely gem in the dowtown"

Very clean room. Comfortable, firm bed. Very kind accommodating staff. Room had a mini fridge, a safe, and lovely little balcony. Nice touches - water bottles everyday, extra towels for cenote hopping, tasty breakfast.

Just a ittle noisy sometimes because window in bathroom was open to the patio.

"Classically beautiful hotel and excellent staffs"

The hotel staff named Joey, he was super friendly and enthusiastic to help us finding the private driver to Chichen-Itza and take us to Cancun on the same day, he also gave us many useful information about the attractions. The hotel is also very close to Plaza Grande where you can visit the church and find many local cuisines to eat.

"Centrally located, good place to land for a brief stop."

good central location for walking around valladolid. we just stayed for one night, on the way between the cancun airport and merida, good place for that. there was free street parking right outside for our rental car. don't recall anything else standing out as great or bad - as expected.

Breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 and we had to leave earlier around 7 to get to Chichen Itza for opening. Some reviews said that they packed their breakfast to go so we hoped they could do that, but they couldn't on short notice, and could not offer us a refund for breakfast due to the reservation being made via booking.com. Maybe if you tell them ahead of time they can arrange it, but not the day before once you're there.
