Cleanliness

Unresolved issues i.e. noisy aircondition that i reported but nothing was done. I barely slept both nights. All the receptionist could say was sorry 🙄 Breakfast is very mediocre

Location, charging stations although they could be in better repair, breakfast

The location behind the peeler bar is not ideal and the entry way is congested. One of the Tesla chargers needs to be replaced as it will not handshake with Tesla. The charge plug was spliced on and is not functional leaving only one reliable Tesla charger. Availability of charging is one of the main reasons that I pay more to stay at this facility. Without it, I will use one of the other, less expensive alternatives with the more respectable, less seedy entrances.

"A very relaxing and comfortable week stay"

We especially liked the friendly vibe from every staff member and the cleanliness of every area of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of hot and cold options. A shout out to both Donna and Rose for ensuring that breakfast was the best it could be. The front desk staff Shaikeilia and Shivam made us feel welcomed and were very courteous and thorough covering everything we needed to know. The rooms were very spacious and Coralee and her housekeeping staff are very thorough when preparing and keeping hotel clean and rooms stocked. Very happy with our week stay and will return.

The hotel was top shelf in every way. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
