La posizione centralissima, l’assistenza di Juliette, gentilissima e disponibilissima, che ha fatto di tutto per assecondare le nostre richieste. Veramente brava! Molto bello anche il terrazzo, seppure poco curato.

La stanza non è grandissima e manca un appoggio per una valigia, come pure il bagno è sprovvisto di una mensola dove poter poggiare qualcosa. Bidet inutilizzabile per le dimensioni inferiori allo standard e per la collocazione. Una macchina del caffè o qualche bottiglia d’acqua (anche da pagare) farebbero parte a mio avviso del corredo minimo di una struttura comunque non economicissima, pur tenuto dell’ubicazione e dei prezzi correnti di Como.

Staff friendly. Bed comfortable.

Dirty. If you look at the air conditioner carefully it is covered in mold and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The rug at the foot of the bed looks disgusting. Walls are filthy. The patio floor outside is digesting. Washroom window ledges are covered with spider webs.
