Nothing it’s awful stay away all photos are extremely old terrace is in shambles hot tub broke and does not work deck is not safe. This could be a great place but suites it is not no reception no one on property staff to help or ask questions the one thing it has going for it is the location stay at a rebuttal hotel the coffee is kept in a jar and who knows how old it is no toiletries to speak of I think they just refill the shampoo and lotion they do have bottle was broken and smells bad the worst thing the bathroom black mold everywhere and the toilet seat is not even attached to the toilet if you are looking at this property don’t worst place in all my travels abroad and especially for Italy. BEWARE don’t waste your money much nicer hotels in the same area this is a old flat converted into 4 bedrooms.

Every thing kinda explained in last section awful waste of good money and he makes excuses for all of it if you read the reviews the broken toilet goes back at least 2024 very dangerous no smoke alarms fire extinguishers or c02 detectors he says he has 748 goof reviews none verified by google he probably adds them himself. Safety of you and your things is non existent we left for the day came back and the locked front door was wide open and he never locks the door to the flat which is a very dark hallway to walk down in the middle of the night only one light and it is right by the door any can get in anytime. People come in the flat in the middle of the night make lots of noise than just we leave street noise is horrible no sound proofing at all
