loved the place and the service. Bed was so comfy. I got an upgrade and it was amazing!!!!

So sorry to say I did not sleep at all due to the disco and music that went on all night until 07:00. Please inform guest of this-specially if you are a light sleeper.

"Unremarkable stay in the city . Probably wouldn’t recommend there are other hotels for the same price which are much bet"

The location is good right on the seafront close to Marina and old town . Alicante is a fabulous city break .

No bar very soulless , unattractive breakfast room . We were allocated a room on the top floor in the eaves , very claustrophobic. We asked to move but unhelpful response from Reception .

A hotel személyzete rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli választéka tökéletes, friss és házias, az étterem kávégépe napközben korlátlanul használható. Nagyon ízléses a szoba berendezése, amit naponta precízen takarítanak, a szobában pezsgő és ásványvíz, kávéautomata áll rendelkezésre.

Nem tudnék semmit mondani, ami nem tetszett.

"Small but very comfortable room"

The location was excellent

We did not have hot water in the shower the night we stayed nor the next morning. This is not acceptable when on vacation. We were made aware that the water would be turned off at 9am in the morning but no hot water the previous night is a No No .

The staff was incredibly kind. Thank you, Sofia, for the wonderful room with an amazing view. The hotel is in a great central location with very clean and comfortable rooms. I really enjoyed the breakfast hall.
