Rooms very clean and hot breakfast selection was good.

It was close to Disneyland.

The water always was cold, we had to plug in our microwave but had to move the dress to put plug it in. The door's weather strip was coming off. It could use a good pressure wash, things were sticky and the hallway stairways were so dark from dirt. Cosmetically it was not like the pictures. The floor was vinyl flooring and our feet would get dirty walking on it. It was a lot to deal with but we survived. The price was why we booked and breakfast was decent.

Sink drains very slowly, limited hot water, bed frame makes noise with every movement, can hear neighbors walking and talking, high street noise, staff did not react to complaints.

Room interiors were fully renovated and were very clean. Location was super convenient to Disneyland bus pickup location. That's pretty much it.

Staff at best were just going through the motions. Were they robots or human? We will never know. They also told us when booking the room that an early check in would be no problem at all and they could make it work, but on the day we arrived it was suddenly not possible, so we had to sit in the car for 2 hours waiting for normal check in time. The hot tub water was green. The free breakfast looked like it came out of a microwave.

Clean and comfortable.
