"Stay at New Holland Comfort Inn"

When we checked into our room there was a lamp with no light bulb in it and at least two bulbs out in the light fixture above the sink. The worst part of all was that there was no shower head in the shower! The room obviously was not inspected or taken care of prior to our check in. We were moved to a different room on the 2nd floor from the first floor at around 9-9:30 in the evening. Terrible

"swollen doors, drainage, sand"

Door to the room and the bathroom was swollen and hard to open and close. Bathroom door was almost impossible to close fully for privacy. Bathtub did not drain enough to keep up with the shower water. You stood in your own dirty body wash while showering. One of the beds when covers pulled back felt like it had sand in the bed. This was not the cleanest, best kept place to stay.

The location is great for us since it is on the way from Lancater to Longwood Gardens. The breakfast was decent with adequate facilities like a pool..

"Gap, worth the stay!"

Property was clean, room was nice, just need an additional waste basket in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, lots of options. Staff was all very nice and accomodating. Only issue was getting in and out of the parking lot, hard to see the hotel coming down the hill, missed it the first time and had to turn around.

Convenience of nearby attractions we went to visit. The waffle mix was one of the best I ever had! Wish I had the recipe! Breakfast had a nice variety of choices.

The lamp shades in our room were turned to cover up weird looking stains that were on them. Everything else was spot on.
