"Collection keys on arrival is late, internet never works"

View is amazing

Keys collection more then one hour late, and when you request for it the bellman's only answer "call the person with who you deal" I can do nothing or help you Check-in should be 14:000 but one of the rooms still dirty need to wait till the service team clean it. Announce sauna but it no working Yanuzzis have three but the cleanness is no the best Internet is the worst, during all my stay no one of my family members can connect to WIFI this is very frustrating

hay un restaurante que da un buen servicio

La hora de ingreso , debería permitirse ingresar al restaurante y piscina antes de las 12h00 , no fue mi caso porque el departamento estuvo disponible , pero si el de otro departamento que reservó el resto de mi familia . No pudieron ingresar sino pasado las 12h00.

Los muebles de sala y la cama en mal estado e incompletos, el televisor muy pequeño y sin pilas en el control remoto (nadie responde peor dan solución). El costo de la suite con relación al equipamiento demasiado costoso. No le recomendaría a nadie. Las áreas comunales muy buenas.
