Hotel Augusta

Näppärä sijainti Malcesinessa, hotellille oli helppo löytää. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Keskeinen sijainti ja liikkuminen oli helppoa.

Pihan parkkipaikat olivat todella ahtaita Ilmastointi oli päällä vain illalla/yöllä. Huoneessa oli päivällä todella lämmin, koska ulkona oli +35. Henkilökunta puhui sujuvasti saksaa, mutta englannin kielen kanssa oli haasteita (mikä yllätti meidät) Toiset asiakkaat varasivat aamusta asti aurinkotuoleja (vaikka eivät olleet edes paikalla), joten altaalla olo oli hankalaa.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher Service - man fühlte sich willkommen und wohl. Es fühlte sich familiär an, das Hotel und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Es war alles bestens.

The view from our room was lovely. The bed was hard as rock. Fortunately, we did not need air conditioning. The instruction book mentioned air conditioning available, but we never found it in our room. I can see where in the summer it would be very helpful. The on-site bar was nice. Unfortunately, as nice as the bartender was, he would just grab handfuls of ice as needed instead of using a scoop or washing his hands first.

Great location.

Small basement room, staff were ok but far too many getting in the way at breakfast, as a guest felt “supervised”. Choice of food OK but could have had more fruit.

ottima colazione molto ricca curata e varia posizione comodissima con parcheggio a due passi dal centro area piscina e relax pulita ampia e ben tenuta

Family owned hotel. Staff very helpful.

Our room was on the street side and very loud. Windows open at night you sleep with lots of traffic all night long. We moved to another room which was quiet, with a large balcony and lake view.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Super Lage, 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt und direkt neben der Talstation der Gondelbahn zum Monte Baldo

Der Außenpool ist leider nicht beheizt und deshalb Ende September ziemlich erfrischend :-) Musste ich nur ein wenig schneller schwimmen. Im Innenbereich wäre aber ein kleines Schwimmbad und Whirlpool vorhanden
