The apartment provides everything as stated. Everything was clean and the facilities looked new. The place is just in walking distance to the city centre, but coming in from Sapporo station it's best to take a bus.

The online check-in process is somewhat dubious as you have to upload a copy of your passport to a provided website, which offers absolutely no explanation as to what their IT security is like. Not for people afraid of identity theft.

入住時系統有點小錯誤但是還是謝謝飯店幫忙 最後一天停車上有點問題但還好附近有便宜停車場解決了停車問題

夜になると他の宿泊客の足音や物音がすごく響くので気になりました。札幌駅からすぐ近くなので観光しやすい。

家族４人で泊まるのに十分なスペースでした。ベッドも綺麗で騒音もなく快適です！が、駐車場がわかりにくい。予約時の変更が有り１週間前に連絡済みだったのですが、チェックインする際に変更になっていませんでした。 玄関に備え付けのタブレットでチェックインなど済ませる作業がもう少しスムーズに進むよう説明いただければなと思いました。 1人目のお姉さんスタッフの説明が分かりづらかったが、二人目のお姉さんスタッフの対応で解決しました。

The property is very well furnished with washing machine and induction cooker. Makes simple cooking very manageable. Cosy room setup. Note: This unit has a narrow flight of steps before reaching the bedroom. Do check with the property owner if you have special needs. Else, the stay has been very comfortable and pleasant.

大人数で泊まれるのが良かった

とても綺麗で快適でした。 位置も良かったです。

It was confusing to have two front doors, one is main entrance for three rooms and one for our room. Yes they provide checkin process and sent us email explaining in words…however if they have pictures for example first door has no code needed, checkin with iPad etc… much easier I believe. Over all we loved staying this place and will come back
