"Exceptional"

Staff was polite but lots of safety precautions in place make it difficult to communicate. The sheets were dirty. The doors and walls were dirty. Small shower hole. Dirty towels. If they were clean, they were stained.

"Scandalous but where else without ID'S could we stay."

Didn't have a breakfast...there might be one at the management office, but I am way to afraid to go in there. The clerk is extremely rude and has argued with my wife every time we've been there. "Nothing to like!" Respect and common curtesy would be a place to start for the management.

The rooms are overdue for maintenance and the clerk needs to be replaced. But for a extra deposit of no returns we were able to have our cat in the room with us!

"don't stay here"

the hole experience was disgusting

dirty bathroom, dirty room, comforter had burn holes, no wash clothes, heater didn't work, blood and what looked to be mucus under both beds. we slept in our vehicle. my son laid on the bed for a brief amount of time and now he has bug bites

Not bad. But the handle for the water faucet was falling off. Didn’t bother to refill the toilet paper at all. A/C is hard to use. The place smelled musty. Shower was so small and moldy. People are nice. It was perfect location for what I needed. The rest I didn’t pay for a 5 star what do you expect.

HOLY CRAP DO NOT STAY, MOLD IN BATHROOM, BLANKETS HAVE HOLES IN THEM, SHEET WITH BLOOD ON THEM, HOW DO I GET A REFUND? And the coffee maker machine has mold inside.
