No tv, then a month later is trying to charge me 47.88 because i left.
No microwave, no TV, shower in such bad shape I didn't even try to take a shower there. If all you need is a bed and I toilet, this would work for you.
I stayed for a week for work, every day I had to get the key card reset that was annoying, I could never get the toilet to un clog every time I used the toilet it spilled onto the floor. Domestic arguments almost every night around the motel with screaming and door slamming I will not use a travel lodge again
No TV, no heat, had to sleep in a sleeping bag, smells like dogs, wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
There was someone's left over Chinese food in the microwave
Towel & bedding where adequate but couple bath towels had dark smudges in then.....thus they seemed dirty even thouythey smelled laundered. Dog friendly hotel but allies guests to keep dogs in cars barking. Many hotel workers gathered while smoking just outside lobby entrance many times during our 16 hour stay. No trashcan in our guest room so we had no choice but to gather trash in a dresser draw which already had a good amount of old trash inside.
After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby which was full of trash, someone finally arrived and gave me my room key. They told me there was only room left and there was currently no tv. Even though I reserved a queen size bed on Expedia the room had 2 twins which creaked and had some burns and stains. There were loud noises throughout the night that disturbed my sleep. It smelled strongly of smoke. The location and price were decent.
Management is super helpful. Whe. Ever i asked fir something they'd get it to me ,in a resunable time.
The hotel staff used regular foul language. The room was not ready as they said they had overbooked and were under remodel. The staff said they could put a room together for me as my reservation had been in place for a week. They were going to finish up one of the remodeled room by putting in the new bed and furniture while I went to dinner. When I returned, nothing had been started. The hotel was reluctant to refund my money. Eventually they did after using numerous swear words. This place is not welcoming, poorly represented online, and is in need of being removed as a Wyndham partner. I ended up going to the Red Lion next door and had a wonderful stay. I do not recommend this Travelodge at all!
My family and Instay here frequently, and this time was just a pleasant a weekend as it has always been, even with the EMTs showing up 3 times over the weekend
