Great hotel!! Staff, room, AC, cooking equipment, patio, pool.... all amazing. Can't recommend this place more highly if you're looking for a suitable place to stay on your Key West vacation. Wonderful, nice people from check in to check out!!!

Rooms are very nice but the view of the ocean in the king suite is horrible. its located on the first floor and obstructed by palm trees. also, my wife purchased a shirt from the gift shop that did not fit but they would not honor a return. the gift shop does not say all sales final so i was very disappointed. the hotel is very out of the way from everything. the only restaurants in walking distance are Wendys and publix - horrible location.
