Nice place- would stay again.

Nice hotel. Property was clean and rooms were very nice. 1st floor ocean suites I wouldn’t recommend. Barely any view.

We stayed two nights in the 3-bedroom suite. Everything, from the moment of arrival, was top rate. The front desk attendant was in contact with me via text to ensure a smooth and efficient check in before arrival and was a great help with local recommendations at check in. Departure took 30 seconds yet the desk attendant took the time to ask how everything was, if I needed anything, wished me well, etc. The suite was beautiful appointed and the furniture very functional and comfortable. Our suite slept 10 but there was only 5 of us with one dog. Yes, they are pet friendly but still VERY clean. The only complaint I have is if you park in the back by the trees, you get a sticky glue like sap all over your windshield and car that does not come off with soap and water. I suggest you park in covered parking if you can or in the front away from those trees. The balcony views from our top floor were spectacular. The balcony in the living room overlooked the ocean. There is plenty of balcony furniture on all balconies. We spent a lot of time on the balconies. The neighborhood is safe. Fast food, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance if that’s your thing. Uber is available with a 1 minute pickup time from everywhere we went. I plan to stay here on future Key West trips.

Bad experience

Hotel was great, it was very nice, clean, and pretty close to attractions. We had plenty of space for 5 people, the rooms had a kitchen with stove top, dishwasher, and fridge. This allowed us to eat breakfast and lunch in the hotel, so we could save money for extra outings during our trip. We spent each night at the pool, swimming, playing ping pong, and just relaxing! Would definitely stay here next time if I get down to Key West again.

Place was really well maintained, pool was nice too. Rooms were big and they all had a small kitchen with cooktop. Was able to eat breakfast and lunch in the room comfortably with 5 people to save money for outings and nice dinners. Would definitely stay here again. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

Staff was night. For the price of this hotel there is nothing. Only a pool that’s small & always packed. Has a balcony but can’t smoke vapes or cigarette out of it. I feel like for the 350 i paid FOR ONE NIGHT the least they can let us do is smoke vape outside the balcony. The only reason i got this hotel is because online it shows a different pool. It shows “ocean view” which there is no view of no ocean. It showed a tiki bar with a restaurant AND NOTHING. It’s all their sister facilty having all those amenities & this one having nothing at all. The regret i have on spend that much for this hotel when the Marriott is cheaper & offers EVERYTHING and beautiful. Horrible never again
