"It was the worst experience I’ve ever had for trying to go on vacation"

I called the night before the reservation truck was all loaded ready to go and they told me I had no reservations there could not find a way to get a hold of you live through booking.com never left never went worst experience of my life

"It was a good budget friendly experience."

Room was clean staff was excellent and location was convenient

The mattress seemed good until the next morning. I first thought it was just the soreness that followed a day of traveling but day two was the same. You might love the firmness just wasn’t our cup of tea.

"Outdated looking, but clean and friendly staff."

Though outdated looking, the room was clean and spacious. I had a broken refrigerator and they came and replaced it within 15 minutes.

I thought there was a fitness room, but it had 1 treadmill and 1 weight machine in a small room where the AC was broken.

"Rundown Motel"

well lit parking lot.

Toilet wouldn't flush right, noise from trucks all nite long, continental breakfast was poor, missing light bulbs in room. Needs to spend alittle money and upgrade a few things, you can tell its not kept up .

The staff was the only issue.

Illegally charged for a service dog because I didn't carry a Doctor's note across multiple states. I still came out with paperwork from the local hospital proving I'm disabled and it wasn't enough. Legally he cannot ask to be provided with that information per the American's with disabilities act. You are not required by law to carry your Doctor's note with you at all times. You are not required legally to show it to anyone but a land lord or employer. I have had 0 other issues elsewhere staying in Carlisle.
